Career Based Intervention

Program Description

The Career Based Intervention (CBI) program offers students the opportunity to achieve academic competence and a successful path to graduation. Students will complete the program with the knowledge necessary to enter the workforce with employability skills that potential employers are looking for. The program’s curriculum will include improving organizational skills, knowledge of workplace technologies, customer and client relations, workplace etiquette, achieving financial independence post graduation and improving creativity, innovation, and motivation.

Students will also be given the unique opportunity to earn an education and begin work-based learning outside of the classroom. While in the classroom, the student will receive aid from the instructor to ensure that they are meeting academic requirements and develop necessary study skills. The ultimate goal of CBI is to help students find success in the classroom and provide them a jumpstart in their post-graduation career plan.
