Career Based Intervention

Program Description

The Career Based Intervention (CBI) program offers students the opportunity to achieve academic competence and a successful path to graduation. Students will complete the program with the knowledge necessary to enter the workforce with employability skills that many industries are looking for.

The following certifications are available to students in the program: OSHA 10, CPR/AED, ServSafe, and Telephone Doctor customer service training. The program’s curriculum includes improving organizational skills, knowledge of workplace technologies, customer and client relations, workplace etiquette, achieving financial independence and improving creativity, innovation, and motivation.

Students will be provided with the unique opportunity to begin work-based learning outside of the classroom. The instructor will assist students in finding a job that is the best fit for them. While in the classroom, the student will receive aid from the instructor to ensure that they are meeting academic requirements and develop necessary study skills. Academic coursework will be completed through InnevAtoEDU with instructor assistance. The ultimate goal of CBI is to help students find success in the classroom and provide them a jumpstart in their post- graduation career plan.
